Perfect for a warm summer’s day… or just an evening at home. Any excuse for me! Fresh, zesty, punchy.

Daiquiri: How To

  1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard.
  3. Double strain into a chilled martini glass or coupette.
  4. No garnish required.

Ernest Hemingway might be most famously associated with the Daiquiri. He drank them ‘large’ (around a 100ml measure of rum!) in icy goblets with grapefruit juice and a touch of maraschino. Bartenders named this drink the ‘Papa Doble’.
