Garnish - wedge of orange

This is a perfect ‘after work drink‘ with friends. Pair it up with some salty nibbles, olives, cured meats and/or cheese. One Negroni just might lead to two.

Negroni – How To

  1. Fill your glass with ice.
  2. Add 25ml each of Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Campari.
  3. Stir to taste.
  4. Garnish with a fat wedge of orange.



Keep At It!

Many people find the Campari in this drink too bitter, but stick with it! In Milan they say: “You must drink Campari three times before you can start to appreciate it”. So, power through and this one will soon be your new favourite.
