Daiquiri: How To
- Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake hard.
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass or coupette.
- No garnish required.
Fact
Ernest Hemingway might be most famously associated with the Daiquiri. He drank them ‘large’ (around a 100ml measure of rum!) in icy goblets with grapefruit juice and a touch of maraschino. Bartenders named this drink the ‘Papa Doble’.
