Why We Love It:
What a launch from Penhaligon’s! Sports Car Club is very much the modern-day fougère fragrance; and one that I’ve loved wearing. It’s bright and fresh but with a complex, earthy base.
The pine and pink pepper opening has a beautiful, sparkling quality – as if warmed by the sun. If you like an airy, herbal – almost medicinal – scent, you will love the eucalyptus note in Sports Car Club. For others, it could be a little divisive.
The performance of this EDP is fine but not great. Projection and longevity are both fairly moderate.
