This is quite literally just out and I think it will be a real crowd-pleaser with loads of you guys.
For me APEX by Roja Parfums is an easy, everyday wear. Fresh and fruity on the opening but with earthy tones on the base. The creator Roja Dove has said that APEX is a celebration of the natural world and all those that roam it.
I can really see this in the fragrance journey – starting high in the trees with juicy mandarin and easing down into a sharp – yet sweet – pineapple. The base takes us right to the forest floor with earthy patchouli, leather and frankincense. It gives me a feeling of wet soil, like the earth being heated after a heavy rain shower.
The sillage is moderate and the longevity good. It certainly becomes more of a skin scent with a soft, warming dry-down.
Feels like a solid spring scent for guys.
