Tom Ford Rose D’Amalfi is the closest of the three new Tom Ford Private Rose Garden Collection fragrances to that of Tom Ford Rose Prick.
The mandarin and bergamot notes are fleeting – if there at all – but it is packed full of freshly cut roses, coated in a candied powdery-pink sweetness.
If Violet Beauregarde from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory wore a fragrance, it would be this. Sweet and whimsical on first appearance, but ballsy on the base.
Energetic and playful with a hint of bubble-gum blowing sweetness.

Evoking the sunlit sensuality of the Amalfi Coast, Rose D’Amalfi mingles spicy Baies roses with almond-like heliotrope – and an exquisite “rose-on-rose” distillation – eliciting a wave of captivating, softly sensuous, skin-on-skin sensations.
Rose D’Amalfi is contained in a translucent Private Blend bottle with a sensual, barely pink juice. The 50 mL flacon is designed with a matte-white label, glossy-black lettering, and a glossy-black cap. The 250 mL decanter is ornamented with a glossy-black stopper and luxe neck cord.
