Why We Love It:
6 years of feedback from Morris Motley’s Treatment Styling Balm has led them to this: Morris Motley Matte Styling Balm.
Really, there’s not much different. They have, however, increased the percentage of bentonite (a clay known to swell the hair), olive wax and jojoba seed wax. The result is a smoother hair product with a (slight) increase in thickening properties.

The original TSB was one of my favourite products ever , this new formulation is pretty awful- tug and pull, no where near as good hold. Methinks the ego of MM has got in the way and it shows with the 3/4 ‘re brands’ they have gone through. Much better options out there , many of the home brews out there are tonnes better – such a shame as the TSB was perfect
