Why We Love It:
It’s frustrating to see this classed as a ‘face and body gel for men’. Brands need to listen up and realise that we – as men – are not basic. We should (and do!) use different products for our faces from our body.
That said, I’ve enjoyed using this. It’s a light cleanser that I’ve used day and night. It cleanses the skin without stripping it and has left my skin feeling clean, refreshed and lightly hydrated.
I’m excited to try more from Ecooking.

About Ecooking
Ecooking launched in the UK in 2018 and is one of the fastest growing skincare brands in Denmark. The brand name is an amalgamation of ‘eco friendly’ and ‘cooking’; a dual reference to the ingredients that go into each product and Ecooking’s humble birthplace – Tina’s kitchen. The results-driven range has been created to have visible, documented effects on the skin. The products subsequently contain as many natural and organic ingredients as possible, combined with the highest quality natural peptides and vitamins. Ecooking launched a new employee scheme in partnership with their local council in Denmark in 2019. The programme is designed for those who struggle to keep a job within the local community due to poor language skills. Ecooking provides these individuals with a permanent job where they are taught a number of new skillsets.
