Johnnie Walker Blue Label have teamed up with M Victoria to create a seriously impressive menu for Father’s Day. 

The Gentleman’s Tasting Menu‘ is available from Friday 17th until Sunday 19th June exclusively at the brand new M Victoria Street.

The four-course dining experience uses Johnnie Walker Blue Label in elegant serves and infused ingredients, making it a really unique gift for Father’s Day (Sunday 19th June, if you were wondering!).

When I previewed the menu, I was lucky enough to hear all about it from Michael Reid, the Executive Chef at M Restaurants,

“I enjoyed creating this menu, using rich flavours from the Italian Rivera such as Pecorino, Olive Oil and Truffle. This menu is ideal for gifting any discerning gentleman this Father’s Day.”

Since first opening M on Threadneedle Street at the end of 2014, its M RAW and M GRILL restaurants have received outstanding critical and public acclaim including being shortlisted for ‘Best New Opening 2014’ in the BMW Square Meal Awards and named  ‘Best New Restaurant’ in the Harpers Awards 2015.

And now their new opening on Victoria Street is hoping to have the same success. It’s definitely got my seal of approval. The food is fantastic, drink is perfection and the venue is exquisite.

First Course

Ike Jime King Fish

Bloody Mary Jel | Sea Fennel | Nori

The Bloody Mary Jel is made with Johnnie Walker Gold Label, allowing the strong and slightly sweet tone to cut through the meaty Ike Jim King Fish.


Second Course

Smoked Ham Hock Ravioli

Burnt Tomatoes | Olive Oil Foam | Pecorino | Truffle


Third Course

72 Hour Short Rib

Artichokes (Puree, Roasted, Crisps) | Truffle Mayonnaise

The short rib is braised for 72 hours in a Johnnie Walker Blue Label marinade; the sugar and spices intensify the flavour of the meat.



Waldorf Salad

Blue Cheese Ice Cream | Walnuts | Celery

This is paired with the Den Duet

(Johnnie Walker Blue Label, Pedro Ximenez, Dead Rabbit Orinoco bitters)
