Negroni
The classic apéritif (drunk before a meal) – simple, classy, delcious. Assemble and stir directly in your glass like the Italians do. No fuss no frills!

This is a perfect ‘after work drink‘ with friends. Pair it up with some salty nibbles, olives, cured meats and/or cheese. One Negroni just might lead to two.
Negroni – How To
- Fill your glass with ice.
- Add 25ml each of Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Campari.
- Stir to taste.
- Garnish with a fat wedge of orange.

Keep At It!
Many people find the Campari in this drink too bitter, but stick with it! In Milan they say: “You must drink Campari three times before you can start to appreciate it”. So, power through and this one will soon be your new favourite.
