Chilli & Grapefruit Margarita
This spicy and refreshing version of the classic Margarita is the perfect accompaniment for a hot summers day.

The grapefruit and lime in this margarita cocktail cuts right through the punchy 100% agave tequila. It is the perfect combination of sour and spicy, and sweet and refreshing. If you love citrus, this modern take on the classic cocktail will be right up your street.
Don’t forget to salt that rim! It makes all the difference.
Chill & Grapefuit Margarita How To:
- Add all ingredients to your Boston Shaker and shake hard (with ice).
- Strain over ice into a chilli and salt rimmed glass.
- Garnish with fresh chilli and red grapefruit.
For The Chilli-Infused Sugar Syrup:
- 2 parts water.
- 1 part sugar.
- 4 red chillies sliced in half.
- Add all ingredients to a pan and slowly bring to a boil, allow to bubble for 5 minutes until the mixture has thickened slightly.
- Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- If not using straight away, strain off the chilli after cooling and before storing.
