Why We Love It:
The Boy De Chanel Le Vernis (nail varnish) is good but I’m not sure it justifies its £31 price tag. It dries in just over a minute and gives your nails a ‘done but not overdone finish’ but a professional manicure for around £30 would do the same.
Back in 2016, Barry M launched their own line of 4 ‘Mani’ products – ranging from a clear overcoat to a light ‘camouflage’ for a mere £3.99 a pop. It’s clear that there is a, “it’s okay if it’s designer” feeling around men’s makeup; but I would always say to remember that no one sees the brand when you’re wearing it.
Some things are worth the designer price tag, but these nail varnishes really aren’t.
