The Boy De Chanel 3-in-1 Eye Pencil is a nice to have, but not – for me personally – an everyday essential. It is, however, an easy to use and impactful product, adding definition and a seriously noticeable intensity to your eyes.
If you have blue or light colour eyes, I’d recommend trying the navy for an extra pop.
