Horst Rechelbacher founded Aveda in 1970 with the view to create products with a holistic approach. It is now owned by Estée Lauder Companies but the brand continues Horst’s ethos, using organic and eco-friendly ingredients. Aveda strives to be a leader in pushing for environmental change throughout the grooming and beauty industry.
