How to use it
Shake well. Spray thoroughly on towel-dried hair. Comb through. Blow-dry and style as desired.

This stuff is amazing. I spray it in damp hair before blow drying and it adds awesome volume and serves as a great base for product. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a pre-styler to add volume/create fuller hair. I have ~4 inch average, straight hair for reference.
If you have fine hair this is the quintessential boosting/thickening pre-styler. No questions asked. I use this everyday.
There is a HUGE difference between pre-styling with this vs not. When I pre-style with this in damp hair (5-6 squirts), and blow dry, I am left with an incredible foundation that accepts and cooperates with so many post-styling products. A lot of post-styling products on their own would never work for me. However, if I use Aveda’s Thickening Tonic, I can use almost any product I own.
