Why We Love It:
Huge fan of this product. Super-matte finish with loads of texture. Hair feels weightless and can be played with all day. Buy it!
O’Douds Matte Paste provides a high hold with a matte finish. The natural waxes and clays within the paste means your hair will hold all day, and the natural oils will leave your hair feeling strong and healthy. This styling product is also water soluble so it is easy to wash out.
How To Use
Use O’Douds Matte Paste on towel-dried hair for clean and textured styles and blow dry to add volume. Alternatively, use it on dry hair for extra volume and an obvious matte finish.

Yes, this is the best matte paste.
Originally, I did not like the product until I gave it a couple more tries and actually it performs so much better than the likes of Morris Motely Treatment Styling Balm and anchors courage clay. Love the matte finish that it gives me without looking too dry in the hair. This product is well worth your money for sure.
Im from malaysia i get to know about this product by robin james brand battle…i have curly and dry hair…this product give my hair volume, natural shine, and no need to shampoo to wash it as what robin says…and also a strong hold…thanks robin…years and years finding suitable hairstyling product for my hair at 30years old i find it…but only consen is the smell of the paste smell kinda medicine
Been using this for just 2 days and I’m loving it so far. I have a lot of hair but it’s fine, dark blonde hair, and getting any sort of serious control is a challenge. The By Vilain products have been a complete failure in this, not to mention they’re 2oz (65ml compared to 118g of O’Douds), same as Hanz de Fuko’s Claymation. But I followed Robin’s advice on this when he said it’s extremely light, great for fine hair and so far, so good. Also; I got it at slickboys.co.uk (I’m in Slovenia), so just a tip for European based people, since Amazon wanted 15$ for shipping, so I’d be paying 35€ (which is way too much IMO) instead of the 25 I did at the mentioned website.

Hi
Does this go in smoothly or is it dry and tuggy like many other pastes, also is the scent strong or mild?
