Diptyque
Christiane Gautrot, Desmond Knox-Leet and Yves Coueslant came together in 1961 to open their first Diptyque store on Boulevard Saint-Germain. It was a store full of curiosities bought back from their travels.
In 1968 they launched their first uni-sex fragrance, L’Eau. They became known for their stylish and beautiful candles which translated into their unique and luxurious fragrances.
