ad To be honest, I wear the same couple of outfits! But I do like to personalise my look (and smell) with fragrance and accessories. It’s been great to partner with and learn about @nomos_glashuette. They’ve just launched 31 new colourways of their Tangente watch. The craftmanship is next level and I love that there’s a style that will suit everybody. From big and bold with yellows, pinks and purples; to something more refined with earthy tones and darker colours.

NOMOS Glashütte have built a reputation of creating some of the finest timepieces in the world. Not only do they look great but they are built to last.

👋🏼 Hello. How are you? Just to keep you in the loop, here’s a few life, MFH, Anforh and product updates from me.

1. This is one of a series of images I shot with @ianfallonbarber. Ian cut my hair and then styled it using Anforh Texture Volume Spray and my new clay.

2. Anforh Clay - Yes, I know, it’s taking ages. For the past 8 years, I have predominantly worked alone. Involving manufacturers, packaging suppliers, fulfilment centres and more has been quite the task. I am loving it, but it is taking a little (lot) longer than I had hoped.

3. So, when is it out!? Yes, I didn’t answer that above. I am currently in the process of securing a UK manufacturing partner. It will definitely be worth it. The product is everything I had hoped it would be.

4. YouTube - my YouTube channel is where this all began, and it’s not been given the love it deserves of late. I am currently working on that!

5. Value—MFH content has to bring value. That’s why I even thought twice about posting this picture. What value does it bring to you? Well, it doesn’t. But the caption (hello!) is an update that I think is needed! When I have valuable content, you will see it.

6. Fragrance - I have been amazed and really happy with the response I’ve had to my fragrance content. Fragrance is a real passion of mine and I love being able to share it with you. It’s a goal of mine to launch a fragrance(s).

7. MFH Studio - I’ve been in the MFH Studio for 2 months. I love it and it’s giving me the mental and physical space to grow the MFH and Anforh offering.

8. Personal - Apart from living a very quiet life, I’m happy, healthy and fulfilled. I have good people around me.

9. CBT - I put myself through CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) as a way to understand myself a little better. CBT focuses on how your thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect your feelings and actions. Therapy, like a gym membership or personal trainer is a luxury and one I’m privileged to be able to invest in. I’m a perfectionist (not a good thing) and steadily learning to say, “that’s good enough,” rather than, “why isn’t this perfect!?”.
