These Man For Himself Content Upload Terms apply to your use of the Upload Service in addition to the Man For Himself General Interactivity Terms which you can view at https://manforhimself.com/general-interactivity-terms/. In the event of any conflict between these Man For Himself Content Upload Terms and the Man For Himself General Interactivity Terms, these Man For Himself Content Upload Terms shall prevail.

Man For Himself will not be liable where your password is used by someone else. Submitting your content:
Once you have logged on, you may submit as pieces of content as you want using the Upload Service (with each such upload being a “Submission”).
If you have granted any other party the right to use your Submission, then Man For Himself may not be able to short-list the Submission as Man For Himself generally requires exclusive rights.
After successfully making your Submission:
Man For Himself gives no promises and offers no guarantees that your Submission will be selected for inclusion as part of the website or YouTube channel. Your Submission will remain on Man For Himself’s files whilst being considered for inclusion. At any time prior to Man For Himself’s selection of your Submission for inclusion in the programme, you have the right to withdraw your Submission for any reason, by notifying Man For Himself by email at info@manforhimself.com, or if you are unable to contact Man For Himself by email, then by post to Man For Himself, Unit 209, 241-251 Ferndale Road, London, SW9 8BJ.
