Claymation contains all natural ingredients which means it is actually good for your hair, providing powerful all day nourishment from roots to your ends.

My favourite of the Hanz De Fuko products. It’s easy to use and gives a great hold. Use with a pre-styler to boost the hair and get it set for styling.

How To Use

Start with a pea-sized amount and spread it evenly across one of your palms. Rub your hands together to activate and warm the product. Once the clay is smooth, distribute through your dry hair until you get the relaxed, textured hairstyle desired. Apply more product as needed.

Hanz De Fuko Claymation Key Ingredients

JOJOBA SEED OIL – closely matches the scalp’s own natural sebum helping to break up and prevent clogged pores and reducing the over production of sebum.

CASTOR SEED OIL – protects the scalp and hair from microbial and fungal infections, the two prime causes of hair loss. In addition, the fatty acids nourish the hair preventing the scalp from drying by retaining moisture.

CERTIFIED ORGANIC HAIR CARE BLEND – Mallow Flower, Lemon Peel, Burdock Root, and Horsetail Fern extract add to the conditioning properties of the product.

I used this product for a short hairstyle, up at the front and textured at the back and sides. My go to clay is KM Rough Rider, and this does 90% as well. I find the hold isn’t super high, which doesn’t bother me with short hair at all, but worth noting. It gives good texture, and slightly less dry than KM RR. The reason I prefer KM is that when I am having a bad hair day, or am in a rush, it’s possible to tug for five minutes and not get the perfect style with this. With KM, I seek to always get the look I want no matter the day.

    I recommend this.

Although this product is their best selling product in their line, I found that it doesn’t have a super high hold. When I was testing out the product, the product has deconstructed my hair after four to five hours when using a little bit. It only has a high hold for my hair type at least for someone who has thick hair. Now these days I have found plenty of products that I currently use.

The clay wasn’t that bad in general but I find that it doesn’t really have a, “super high hold”, so the hold is really my problem, I have to use more hairspray for a all day hold.
